We’re excited to announce that on June 9th, our next Taco Tuesday will be with our friends from .
Sitting on the 8th floor of Papirøen, Victory has quickly become one of the most compelling bars in Copenhagen — winners of Best Cocktail Bar Denmark at this year’s Bartenders’ Choice Awards, and a team that takes seasonal craft and local produce as seriously as we take our masa.
They’re joining us for a very special reason: the Danish launch of Pensador Mezcal. Pensador is an artisanal mezcal from Miahuatlán, a remote corner of southern Oaxaca, and the world’s first B Corp certified mezcal. We’re also thrilled to announce that Pensador will be taking its place as our new house mezcal at Sanchez and our taquerias around the city — and there’s no better way to celebrate that than with the team from Victory pouring a curated bar menu built around it for the evening.
We’ll be putting together a shorter bar tasting menu to complement their drinks, and our full Sanchez menu will be available throughout the evening.
