malma_restaurant is making progress 🩵

Demolition, cleanup, and the removal of odor-related damage are well underway, and if everything goes according to plan, reconstruction will begin in approximately three weeks.

It’s a major task, but we’re doing everything we can to move forward safely and successfully - and to be able to welcome you back as soon as possible.

Thank you for all your messages, questions, and support. It means more to us than you can ever imagine ❤️

We’ll continue to keep you updated along the way.

To our guests with upcoming reservations at MALMA ❤️‍🩹

Dear guest,
We are very sorry to inform you that a fire four nights ago caused severe damage to MALMA, and the restaurant will therefore not be able to open as planned for the upcoming trial dinners.
 
We had truly looked forward to welcoming you and deeply appreciate your understanding and support during this difficult time.
 
Insurance and rebuilding processes are now underway, and MALMA will return later this year.
 
We will of course contact you with new dates for the trial dinners as soon as we know more.
