As the days grow longer we welcome spring with a new Mandoo. Our dumpling is filled with po***ck and cured pork fat, topped with raw shrimps from the northern Danish coast, preserved wild roses, fingerlime, crispy Korean red chilies, kombu slow-cooked in soy, the very first rhubarb of the season and fresh basil. ⠀
