Burger scholar George Motz (George Motz) is back this weekend! He’s been with us many times over the years, and it’s become a tradition, so of course we had to have him here for our 10 years.

His new book is full of the regional American burgers he’s tracked down along the way, and for the first time, he’s bringing one of them to the grill: the Carolina Slaw Burger, straight from the pages of the book. George will also be signing copies, so grab one while you’re here.

Our big annual staff party is today! We’re closing our locations early to celebrate the end of a great summer with our team. We’ll be open today, September 8th, only until 14.00. (Tivoli and CPH Airport will be open as usual)

NEW DATES! Due to the weather, the open air cinema moves to Friday 04/09 and Saturday 05/09. The square in front of our Carlsberg Byen location turns into an outdoor cinema with our neighbors at Reservoir Kbh and Carlsberg Byen.

Friday: Grease. Saturday: Challengers.

We’ll be open with burgers, loaded fries, nuggets, lemonade and lots of drinks. Films roll at 21.00.

Entry is free. Bring your friends and a chair or a blanket. Can’t wait to see you.
