Our freshly roasted coffees are now available at Illum’s Meny in Copenhagen.

You can now easily restock your favourites, including:

Convenience has long been one of the greatest challenges in the specialty coffee industry. At best, restocking can become a weekend errand or an online order. Meet Vincenzo, a long‑time friend of the house who brings us his rich experience from the coffee world. Not only with his educational background, but also as both a roaster and a Q‑grader. Vincenzo comes from one of the great coffee-producing countries, Peru, and, like us, has actively participated in improving both ends of the coffee chain in the past.

A few days ago, our Jacob returned from Ethiopia, the birthplace of Arabica and one of the world’s most sought-after coffee origins. The mission was to source our next Ethiopian coffee for this year’s harvest and to engage in an important dialogue across the supply chain about the challenges and accessibility of buying green coffee from Ethiopia. Together with Algrano’s delegation of 20 people from the specialty coffee industry, he not only visited the farms but also attended the African Fine Coffees Conference & Exhibition – an event created through the joint effort of and the to build stronger and lasting connections between origin and market 🌍
