One of my favorite things about Summer Day is that lunch doesn’t end when you leave the shop.

Grab a bag, find a sunny spot, and enjoy everything Copenhagen has to offer.

Today, that meant a walk through the city and lunch surrounded by flowers, sunshine, and one of the most beautiful parks in Copenhagen.

One of the things you’ll quickly notice at Summer Day is that we’re constantly restocking.

As soon as something sells, we’re back to preparing the next batch.

Today, that meant packaging our Strawberries & Cream.

Fresh strawberries.

Fresh cream.

Made in small batches and packaged by hand.

It’s one of those simple treats that’s hard not to love.

Our goal has always been to fill the shelves with fresh products we’d genuinely be excited to eat ourselves.

This is definitely one of them.
