Back again this Friday! ☕️🇪🇹

I’ll be at the old café from 10:00–15:00, focusing on all the amazing Ethiopian whole-bean coffees from Impact Roasters — but also just hanging out, catching up with old regulars and hopefully seeing lots of familiar faces!

And yes… I’ll be behind the machine too, doing what I love — making a seriously good cup of coffee. ☕️😎

Last week was so amazing — I got to spend some time back at the café and see so many old regulars 🤩☕️

For those who haven’t been by yet — and those who have but fancy another coffee and catch-up — you’ll find me both working and hanging out at Impact Roasters tomorrow, Friday 11th, from around 10:00–15:00.

A new chapter for a very familiar space ☕️❤️

I stopped by my old café today, which has now become part of the Impact Roasters cooperative — and it was so heartwarming and incredible to see the space alive again!

The lovely Sapana from Nepal is now running the space, and I’m going to be there every morning this week from 8–10am to help her get settled, introduce her to some familiar faces and, most importantly, introduce you to some seriously amazing coffee.

Impact has an incredible selection of high-quality Ethiopian whole bean coffee to take home, or just come by, say hello and have a cup with us. And right now, everything is 20% off!

So if you’re in the neighbourhood, pop in between 8–10am this week. I’d love to see some old faces, and introduce you to Sapana and Impact Roasters Specialty Coffee in Copenhagen ☕️🇪🇹

As most of you already know, tomorrow — Friday January the 23rd — will be our final day.

After eight and a half years, it’s hard to put into words what this journey has meant to me.
The hardest part of saying goodbye isn’t the specialty coffee (though that ranks high 😅), but the people — the regulars, the conversations, the quiet moments and familiar faces that turned a café into a community.

I will carry those exchanges with me for the rest of my life.

Thank you for your loyalty, your kindness, and for trusting me to be part of your daily routines for so many years. You made this place what it was.

I won’t be opening anything new in the near future, but I’ll keep sharing my endless search for the world’s best cortado — which, for now, finds itself without a home.
