Last week, we hosted our first event at Erli - and it was everything we could have wished for 🤍
It’s pretty wild to think that this space not too long ago, had sand as the floor - and that, now, it has become a place where chefs can work, and where people can eat, sit, and gather.
This Friday, our soft opening begins!
We’ll be open from breakfast through the afternoon, with a simple ambition: to feed the local community of Aarhus through honest, thoughtful cooking, high-quality ingredients - and a serious commitment to minimising waste 🤎
Together with an incredibly talented team of experienced chefs, we’re so excited to finally welcome you to Erli.
