Se udvalget på Pascucci.dk Den første kaffebar blev etableret efter 2. verdenskrig, og i 50’erne blev det første risteri etableret. Herefter fik det familieejede selskab for alvor smag for risteriet og udviklede og forfinede kaffeproduktionen yderligere. I Danmark varetages Pascucci agenturet af Bøgh & Larsen KaffeCompagni ApS, som siden 2002 har forhandlet kvalitetskaffe fra det Det Italienske kaffe risteri Pascucci. Bøgh & Larsen Kaffe Compagni er stiftet af T**e Bøgh og Christian Vang Larsen, som i dag driver virksomheden fra Århus. Foruden kaffe og the, forhandler virksomheden også kaffe- og espressomaskiner til caféer, restauranter og andre virksomheder.

This light-roasted Arabica is sun-dried using an Extended Natural process, creating a complex and vibrant cup with a naturally sweet, fruity character. The coffee is then gently decaffeinated using a sugar cane method - a natural process that utilizes ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane to extract caffeine from the green coffee beans, preserving as much of its original flavour and character as possible.

Presenting a new single origin - Free coffee tasting of Colombia Mokka ✨

We invite you to a free tasting in our café and roastery on Søren Frichs Vej 22 on Saturday, 12th of September, when we present something truly rare from the highland slopes of Cundinamarca - our newest single origin, Colombia Mokka.

With only 200kg produced annually, at Finca Hawaii, this is a coffee you don’t want to miss.
Moka is a low-yielding variety known for its small, pointed beans and exceptional cup character.

Expect notes of vanilla, chocolate, and ripe red fruits, with a velvety body and bright, sherbet-like acidity. The finish is smooth and lasting, with nutty notes quietly lingering.

This light roast sings well with filter methods as well as espresso. And we will be serving you both at the coffee tasting as we share a taste of Colombia with you.
