Our seasonal selection begins with coffees from Colombia and East Africa.⁠ Bright, expressive lots shaped by altitude, careful cultivation, and precise processing.

In northern Tolima, Colombia, CDNT is a collective of farmers working toward a shared standard of quality and a stronger local network.

We have followed the group for more than a decade. On our early visits, we met some of the people who would later shape the collective.

We move through the landscape surrounding their work. From the slopes of El Bocadillo, through small nurseries and along the road to Palocabildo and El Éden.

Our new cacao release was produced by our partners at Osito, who recently opened La Cueva del Oso, a community project in Altamira, in Colombia’s Huila region. 🇨🇴

This lot comes from smallholders in and around Altamira, where La Cueva del Oso supports both coffee and cacao producers using many of the same principles: fruit collected directly from farming communities, immediate payment on delivery, and careful processing and fermentation at origin.

The result is a rich, layered chocolate with notes of molasses, raisin, and bright citrus. 

Available now in both ground and bar formats.

Rituals Series – Seoul✨

We met Lim Taehee in one such moment of stillness, in October, as snow fell early over Seoul. What is normally a city of quick footsteps and busy crossings felt momentarily suspended, as though it had paused for breath.

 doesn’t observe Seoul’s energy from a distance, it flows directly into her work. As a designer and architect, it is her duty to study the city; the way each neighbourhood expands and contracts throughout the year. Her pieces are not depictions of Seoul, but responses to it. To the motion, the silence, the weight of time reflected in familiar streets.
