This is my Mother in laws recipe, she made this every year For Thanksgiving and Christmas since 1977.... It taste just like pecan pie but it's made out of oatmeal..
2 beaten eggs
1 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of melted margarine
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of flaked coconut
1/2 cup of quick oats
Mixed together adding oats and coconut last...
Baked at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes
You can leave out coconut and just add more oats...
No one in the family liked coconut so Jean always left it out.

What are Greek Chicken Salad Rice Bowls?
Greek Chicken Salad Rice Bowls are a tasty fusion of Greek and Mediterranean flavors, imparting a healthy, hearty, and flavorful meal. These bowls are a harmonious combination of grilled or baked fowl, fluffy rice, fresh veggies, and a zesty Greek salad dressing, making them a lovely preference for lunch or dinner.

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lbs. Bird breasts
1 Tbsp olive oil, or avocado oil
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 English cucumbers, chopped
half cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved
1 purple onion, chopped
half cup crumbled feta cheese
2 cups cooked brown rice
For the marinade/dressing:
1/2 cup more virgin olive oil
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbsps red wine vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
three clean garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp dried basil
sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste, approximately half teaspoon every

Greek Chicken Salad Rice Bowls
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Start by using getting ready the Greek dressing because it can also be used as a fowl marinade as well.

2.Combine all of the dressing elements in a big canning jar, area the lid on and shake absolutely nicely to emulsify.

3.OR, alternately you can put dressing elements right into a bowl and whisk without a doubt nicely.

Four.Pour exactly HALF of this dressing over the chicken in a medium glass bowl, Tupperware, or Ziploc, then rub it in to get it lined on all facets.

Five.Allow to marinate for as a minimum 30 min in the refrigerator.

6.Discard this used part of the marinade earlier than cooking your chook.
