BBQ bell pepper, lime, green zebra 🫑🍋🍅

As part of our trio of amuse-bouches served on arrival in our Lounge, this little vegetarian bite packs a serious punch of flavour! The sweetness and smokiness of the BBQ bell pepper sit in beautiful harmony with the tanginess of the lime and Green Zebra tomato — named after its striking texture and colouring — and together they make for an appetiser that sets the tone for everything still to come.

In our Red Dimensions menu, this amuse features lobster in place of bell pepper, for an equally surprising and delicious flavour combination. 🦞
