There it is: our very first MICHELIN Star. ⭐

It was with the biggest smiles imaginable and a humble dose of pride that we received the red plaque bearing our first star, handed over to us by Katrin Eggert of METRO as a representative of MICHELIN Guide. An accolade we've worked so hard toward earning – and which now decorates our front door.

Thank you to the MICHELIN Inspectors and to our team of Culinary Artists under the leadership of Peter Hagen-Wiest who, with their expertise, passion, and pursuit of quality, turned this dream into reality. 🙌

In our ninth season, our Culinary Director Peter Hagen-Wiest called upon two of his closest friends to create a menu that pays homage to the country at the heart of their culinary roots and that ultimately unites them: Portugal. 🇵🇹

It was while working under Dieter Koschina that Peter first met Hans Neuner—who was, in fact, a competitor in the very beginning. But soon, the three of them forged a bond that has lasted through the years, and that now makes for some truly extraordinary dishes. 🍽️✨

With Season 9 now underway, come and enjoy an 8-course menu that combines their passion for cooking, their love of sunny Portugal, and their remarkable friendship. ☀️
