Season 9 loading – Coming 25.06.2026 🍽️

In our upcoming season, three Austrian Michelin-starred chefs will be cooking Portuguese-inspired dishes – including and orchestrated by our Culinary Director Peter Hagen-Wiest.

Our two guest chefs have been living and breathing Portuguese cuisine for several decades – Dieter Koschina of the 2-Michelin-starred Vila Joya in Albufeira, and Hans Neuner of the 2-Michelin-starred Ocean Restaurant in the Algarve region. 🌟

For our ninth season, expect something summery, something delicious, and something altogether fantastic. 🇵🇹🍽️

In this Late Night cocktail, three completely different, yet equally precious elements — pandan, white tea, yuzu — simply found each other and were united into one delicious drink. 🥃

We couldn't have named it anything else. 😉
