Along with long walks on the beach and tasty fried chicken, Shane & Joshua have shared a love of food, music and travel as friends spanning 20 years and too many adventures to count.

It comes as no surprise the decision to create Dizzy’s happened immediately while tasting a recipe found from Joshua’s grandmother- the chicken is that good!

Even though Germany has been a home to both for nearly 10 years, these pop up dinner offer a chance to share stories and traditions from friends & family far away.

We keeps it funky- at all times!

Besides being a funny guy, co-founder Shane is also a big fan of fermentation. Not only does this fanaticism lead to really good pickles and hot sauce with plenty of personality, but also some killer kombucha! 👊🏼
