Observation changes perspective.

Not in a grand philosophical way. More specifically: what becomes visible when you spend time looking closely at landscape, ingredients, preparation, heat, preservation, texture, water and climate.

THE CLOUD is part of one of Munich’s most distinctive architectural spaces.

BMW Welt brings together architecture, design, movement and people from around the world. Within this setting, THE CLOUD offers a more intimate restaurant experience, while remaining closely connected to the character of the building.

For , it is this relationship that makes the setting so special: architecture, craftsmanship, precision and hospitality coming together in one place.

Açaí begins not with the finished product, but with the process that comes before it.

During his journey for Season II, followed the transformation of the freshly harvested fruit: from removing the berries from their stems, to sorting and washing them, and finally extracting the pulp.

A precise process, deeply connected to its place of origin, revealing how profoundly a product is shaped by the way it is handled.

——
