Our dish "Champignon" is inspired by the forest: mini king oyster mushrooms, cèpes, Enoki mushrooms and golden oyster mushrooms on a bed of thyme moss and topped off with black garlic cream ... autumn is here.

On Thursday, 19 October 2023, we start our 41st menu with lots of new creations with ingredients that autumn has to offer ... salsify, Brussel sprouts, black truffles, mushrooms and much more.
