Very successful event at our house yesterday. Grilled butternut squash soup with bacon soldiers, ricotta Gnudi with sage-brown-butter and parmesan, then the beef (flat iron, bavette, dry-aged ribeye) from Marcel Speidel and Edelbeef combined with a roasted butternut squash, and grilled pineapple with Maple syrup and freshly grated cinnamon. All guests left extremely satisfied!
