Some stories continue beyond the day they happen.

Following our recent visit from the Chamber of Commerce Frankfurt (IHK), the City of Kelkheim and the local press, we are grateful to see Cook and Live featured in the Höchster Kreisblatt.

What began as a simple opportunity to open our doors, share our food and tell our story has now become part of a wider conversation about local businesses, community and the people behind them.

As a small independent business, moments like this mean more than we can easily put into words.

A wonderful day hosting the Chamber of Commerce Frankfurt (IHK), the City of Kelkheim and the local press at Cook and Live last Wednesday.

It was a great pleasure to share our food and Granola Editions, and to have meaningful conversations about our journey so far, our future business potential, and what we are continuing to build.

For us, it was also a valuable opportunity to talk about how local businesses and brands can grow by supporting one another and contributing together to the local economy.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be part of such a lovely occasion and for taking the time to visit us.

We hope to create and share many more diverse and meaningful experiences with our community in the future.

Ein wunderbarer Tag bei Cook and Live: Letzten Mittwoch durften wir die Industrie- und Handelskammer Frankfurt am Main (IHK), die Stadt Kelkheim und die lokale Presse bei uns begrüßen.

Es war uns eine große Freude, unsere Speisen und Granola Editions zu teilen und uns über unseren bisherigen Weg, unser zukünftiges Geschäftspotenzial und all das, was wir weiter aufbauen möchten, auszutauschen.

Für uns war es zugleich eine wertvolle Gelegenheit, darüber zu sprechen, wie lokale Unternehmen und Marken wachsen können, indem sie sich gegenseitig unterstützen und gemeinsam zur lokalen Wirtschaft beitragen.

Vielen Dank, dass wir Teil dieses schönen Anlasses sein durften, und dafür, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns zu besuchen.

In this cooking class, our lovely participants learned how to prepare traditional Korean dumpling (Mandu) while exploring the creativity of shaping and the flexibility of ingredients that make dumplings loved all around the world.

Every step of making mandu feels like a small piece of art for everyone (carefully filled, folded, and shared together)
I hope everyone enjoyed the experience as much as their love for Korean food.

A beloved Korean dish which is already well known in Germany. Made with thinly sliced sirloin, fresh vegetables, mushrooms, and a light soy sauce-based seasoning.
It is a perfect example of simple, wholesome Korean cooking.

Our hands-on cooking session is always calm, enjoyable and open to all levels.

Yes, we’ve survived and somehow made it all the way around the sun once.
Honestly, it felt like I was really running around it the whole time😊

Thank you again for your warm support as always, your trust in us, and for wishing the best for us. I know that it truly means a lot to feel that we’re growing this together.

Now, we’re stepping into our next lap. 🏃🏻🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️💨

Weeks ago, we had a lovely cooking class with our gorgeous ladies🤍
The sessions mainly focused on low-calorie, high-protein tofu.
We paired it with finely chopped vegetables and mushrooms making it light, easy to digest, and full of fiber.

A relaxed and joyful session with beautiful people, a little reminder of that day ✨
