⚓ EARNED, NOT GIVEN ⚓

Live Screening: AFL Grand Final The Irishman Hamburg
📍 Neuer Pferdemarkt 1 (U Feldstrasse)

21 points down at three-quarter-time. Staring down the barrel. And then Fremantle Dockers decided September rules don't apply to them — six unanswered goals later, they're through, 12.11 (83) to 10.11 (71).

The best things in life are earned. Apparently so is a 6:30am alarm.

After a prelim final like that, staying in bed was never an option. Purple army, set those alarms.

🚨 GAME DAY AT THE IRISHMAN 🚨
Fremantle Dockers vs Hawthorn, AFL Qualifying Final - 3rd of Sep, live from 12:10pm, The Irishman Hamburg📍

Some context for the newer members: we're not just Dockers by name. Freo kitted us out with our very first jumpers and footballs back when this club was starting from scratch, and in 2013 both Hamburg Dockers and the actual Dockers made their first-ever Grand Final in the very same season. We won ours. They're still working on theirs — but this year, with the Minor Premiership wrapped up and sitting top of the ladder, it feels like their turn is finally coming. 💜

So it's about time we returned the favour and packed a bar 16,000km from Perth to make some noise for them.
Grab a seat, grab a b**r, get loud — let's send them into September the right way.
