This week at Yumas 🌮☀️
Summer is in full swing. Our new summer menu is out, the terraces are open across all locations, and we’re ready for long evenings with good food, cold drinks and plenty of sunshine 🍹 Oh, and FIFA World Cup is kicking off this week, too. ⚽️
One of our newest creations on the menu are our Tostada de Bacalar — a crispy homemade corn tortilla topped with roasted cauliflower, pickled red onions, Tajín and a salsa inspired by a trip to the famous lagoon of Bacalar in southern Mexico, also known as the “Lagoon of Seven Colors” 💙 Its crystal-clear water flows from a network of cenotes and shines in countless shades of blue. The narrow passage from the sea into the lagoon was even historically used by pirates to enter the area unnoticed 😳🏴☠️
This dish HAD to make it onto our menu. Of course alongside plenty of other seasonal favorites. Come through and try one of our five newest creations 🔥
