And exactly for this reason, we had a lively conversation with GELITA participants around the globe during our quarterly Board Touchpoint session on “change makers” and what it takes to be one.

Starke Führung bei GELITA: global vernetzt, lokal entwickelt
Gute Führung entsteht nicht zufällig. Deshalb investieren wir bei gezielt in die Entwicklung unserer Führungskräfte und Talente, mit Programmen, die Orientierung geben, den Austausch fördern und auf konkrete Führungssituationen vorbereiten.

Aktuell läuft unser Global Accelerated Development Program (GADP) in der vierten Runde. Gleichzeitig freuen wir uns über den erfolgreichen Abschluss unseres lokalen Nachwuchsprogramms „Kompetent in die Führung“.

Das Programm ist seit über zehn Jahren ein fester Bestandteil unserer Führungskräfteentwicklung in Deutschland. In diesem Jahr haben 16 Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus unseren deutschen Werken und der Hauptverwaltung teilgenommen. Im Mittelpunkt standen unter anderem die eigene Führungsrolle, der Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Situationen und der Aufbau eines starken Netzwerks über Standorte hinweg.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch an alle Absolventinnen und Absolventen. Schön, dass ihr Führung bei GELITA aktiv mitgestaltet!
