Hausgemachte Eisbeinsülze
„Sowas gibt's nicht aus der Tüte." 😉
Langsam gegart, von Hand ausgelöst, mit Wurzelgemüse, “Guter Remoulade", knusprigen Bratkartoffeln und ordentlich Zwiebeln – so wie man's in Sachsen macht. Ehrliche Küche, kein Convenience. Nur Handwerk.
Dazu: ein Glas sächsisches Bier – fertig ist der Klassiker.

Slow-cooked, hand-deboned, served with root vegetables, "Guter Remoulade" (Saxon-style remoulade), crispy pan-fried potatoes and plenty of onions – just the way they make it in Saxony. Honest cooking, no shortcuts. Just craftsmanship.
Pair it with a glass of Saxon beer – and the classic is complete.
