Inspired by the vibrant flavors of Peru and Spain, this seasonal pizza celebrates fig season in its most colorful form. It starts with a gazpacho-style base of ripe figs and sweet date tomatoes, layered with creamy stracciatella and smoked swordfish ceviche, delicately cured in fresh lime, red onion and chili.

Fresh figs bring sweetness, while roasted hazelnuts add crunch. A silky basil and mint reduction ties everything together with fragrant freshness, finished with cilantro and the best extra virgin olive oil.
