La Nostra Pizza Scarpariella — born from one of Naples’ most iconic pasta dishes. Traditionally made with sweet datterino tomatoes, garlic, chili, basil and aged cheese, Scarpariella is all about simplicity, balance and bold southern Italian flavor.

We translated this classic into pizza form: vibrant tomato sauce, fresh garlic, basil, pecorino, a touch of chili and our pesto…- everything baked on our naturally fermented dough. A Neapolitan tradition, reimagined through pizza.

For over 12 years, we’ve been baking pizza with care, craftsmanship, and deep respect for its roots in Naples.

At the same time, we’ve always stayed curious. Over the years, we’ve created countless variations — inspired not only by traditional Italian cuisine, but by flavors from across the Mediterranean.

With our latest pizza, Big in Japan, we’ve taken a new step. Inspired by the creativity of Tokyo’s pizza scene, it opens the door to a new chapter for us — one we like to call traveling the world with pizza.

Staying curious, exploring new ideas, and pushing boundaries while staying true to quality — that’s what drives us. And we’re grateful to have you with us on this journey, experiencing and embracing it along the way.
