Now Hiring: Baristas!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced barista (m/f/x) to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience with high-volume coffee and customer service. We have a multicultural team, but we are a contemporary German cafe so German language skills are a must. The cafe is very busy so our new team member will need to be able to work quickly, multitask and communicate while maintaining our high standards. Role:
- Work as a productive member of the team
- Produce high quality, constant coffee with good latte art
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain coffee machine and grinder
- Produce range of hot and cold drinks including basic cocktails
- Keep workspace clean and tidy and complete cleaning tasks
- Open and close of business including dealing in coffee machine
- Produce range of large batch drinks including chai, cold brew coffee and chocolate
Required skills and experience:
- High-volume coffee experience - speed and consistency
- Customer service experience - kasse and table service
- Specialty coffee knowledge
- German language skills
- Positive attitude and desire to learn
