Ceylon Bay freut sich, gemeinsam mit einen besonderen Abend zu gestalten, der authentisches sri lankisches Ayurveda mit unserer kulinarischen Tradition verbindet. Gemeinsam mit Dr. S. S. Gunawardhana erhaltet ihr spannende Einblicke in die Welt des Ayurveda, seine traditionelle Lehre und die Verbindung von Ernährung, Körper und Wohlbefinden.

Abgerundet wird das Erlebnis durch ein authentisches Sri Lankan Buffet Dinner inklusive Dessert, eine besondere Gelegenheit, Ayurveda, Kultur und die Aromen Sri Lankas an einem Abend zu erleben.

Ceylon Bay is delighted to collaborate with for a special evening bringing together authentic Sri Lankan Ayurveda and our rich culinary traditions. Together with Dr. S. S. Gunawardhana, guests will gain fascinating insights into the traditional world of Ayurveda and the connection between food, body and wellbeing.

The experience will be complemented by an authentic Sri Lankan buffet dinner and dessert, creating an evening dedicated to Ayurveda, culture and the flavours of Sri Lanka.

We were shocked for a second when he said he didn’t like our food… only because he had already loved it and eaten it twice! 😂
