Guido and Angelika have created "Cuore di Vetro" (Heart of Glass, in honor of Werner Herzog's movie "Herz aus Glas" ), as a representation and fulfillment of their passion for Delicatessen, Ice-cream , traditional Italian Cafeteria, and culture. "Cuore di Vetro" has a real heart of glass: through which people can be hypnotized by the creation of fresh ice creams, made with love, and selected produ

cts ( Organic Milk, Pistacchio di Bronte, Nocciola Piemontese, fresh seasonal fruits...). Another delicious adventure people can live inside "Cuore di Vetro" is to try the Antipasti dishes: a selection of the best Italian hams, salami and cheeses (organic or Slow Food Certified). Arranged in a stunning decoration, people will find: Pecorini with pistacchio, lemon and walnuts from Tuscany; the best quality of Parmigiano Reggiano, San Daniele ham, Parma ham, top quality Mortadella bolognese, just to mention a few of the exquisite products. Monthly, in the living room ("Herz aus Glas" floor), will take place Vernissage, Exhibitions, Readings, Cinema and some acoustic concerts. Betritt man das „Cuore di Vetro“, italienisch für Herz aus Glas, wird man von der mit Eis gefüllten Theke und dem herzlichen Lächeln der beiden Musiker und Eisliebhaber, Angelika und Guido begrüßt. Das Cuore die Vetro – benannt nach dem Film von Werner Herzog ist hier die so genannte laboratory mit der silbernen Carpigiani – Eismaschine. Aus dieser fließt täglich eine neue Sorte gelato (Eis auf Milchbasis ) oder sorbetto (Eis aus frischen Früchten und Wasser). Die Klassiker sind unschlagbar: cremiges Stracciatella, fast schwarze Schokolade Extra Dark, Eis mit frischen Pistazien oder Haselnüssen. Die Sorbets sind immer saisonal und phantastisch: Erdbeere, Himbeere, Blaubeere. Die Eismaschine wird nicht stillstehen und verschiedene Sorten gelato und sorbeto werden rund um die Uhr bereit sein, auf der Zunge zu zerschmelzen!

Cuore Di Vetro is proud to present a special opening night:
05.12.2025 from 6-10pm

‏Identità e Integrazione in Europa”, the essay by Riccardo Barracu (Iskra, 2025), offers an analysis of the political, social, cultural and economic dynamics of the continent, exploring the new balances between East and West and the role of conflict as a catalyst for transforming the ethics of coexistence. Central to the work are young people, the children of the “society of uncertainty”, seen as key actors in global change—from democratic uprisings to new forms of activism in the age of globalization.                                              Book presentation: author Riccardo Barracu in conversation with journalist Francesco Padovani.
‏From the book comes DER GLØBAL FUTUR_ – TransiTIdentitäT, a traveling festival under the artistic direction of Riccardo Barracu, which translates theoretical reflection into an artistic research process on the metamorphoses of identity. Among the participating artists is Anna Motterle, presenting her installation on the theme TransiTIdentitäT in a preview at “Cuoredi Vetro”, where the essay is also officially presented for the first time.

Riccardo Barracu is a director, researcher, and curator of cultural festivals based in Berlin. He trained in semiotics and dramaturgy in Bologna and has collaborated in New York with Judith Malina of the Living Theatre and with Peter Wear at the Sorbonne. He explores themes of identity and transformation and is, for the first time, the author of an essay on identity and integration in Europe.

In dialogue with the TransitIdentität theme of Global Futur Festival Anna Motterle presents a set of work in two sections.
Totentanz: a single image that ironically displays the current social and political mood of Europe.
Scars: a multi-image project reflecting on the roots of European identity by drawing on the theme of collective memory in Germany.

Anna Motterle is a photographer whose work mainly focuses on post-industrial themes and aesthetics. She works between Venice and Berlin, spending as much time in the printing lab as behind the lens. More on astridxaim.eu.

Exhibition Incoming :

Ceren Oykut is a drawing artist whose practice investigates the origins of drawing by linking prehistoric gestures with contemporary techniques and media. Working across disciplines, she expands drawing into the domains of performance, sound, and moving image. She was born in Istanbul in 1978, lives and works in Berlin since 2017. Her solo show titled Still Here / Negatives, is a collection of iron cut-outs which she was producing between the years 2018-2023.
