Together with Tae Woong Hur from Soju Halle and his amazing team, we explored the rich world of Korean traditional rice wines and spirits through a carefully curated pairing experience.

A special thank you to our chefs Seunggyu Jang & Junsoo Kim for the exceptional 5-course menu, and to Young Jae Kim for his dedication and support behind the scenes in bringing this event to life.
