🍜 Exciting News: Launching our "Ramen of the Month" series starting this July! ☀️

Every month, we’ll be bringing you a unique, seasonal ramen creation. To kick things off, here is our July Special: Chilled Black Sesame Vegan Ramen with fried Pfifferlinge!
This refreshing summer bowl features organic red mizuna and fresh spinach naturally grown by nooka, a Brandenburg-based farm dedicated to premium Japanese vegetables. Sourced directly from the local Maybachufer market, it’s beautifully paired with fresh Pfifferlinge (chanterelle mushrooms) and vibrant yellow tomatoes.

🍷 The Perfect Pairing:
Enjoy it with Grain de Sable 2024 by Léo Dirringer, a sophisticated natural Riesling handpicked by VINOTOPIA. Its vibrant acidity cuts beautifully through the rich black sesame sauce, whilst its mineral complexity perfectly mirrors the earthy flavour of the pan-fried mushrooms.
