Whether you've landed here through a mutual interest in food
which has been fashioned with awareness or due to a passion in experiencing taste and enjoyment in products packed with nutrition,
it does not matter.
We only offer the finest in both.
Everything that we create is created solely by us-
that means complete transparency.
Sustainability plays such a vital role in our ideology and for that reason we strive to produce all products with very few additions stemming outside of what nature has to offer us.
The fewer processes the better. We have therefore developed a concept in which our cafe is mobile, compact and requires no electricity or extra water.
Coffee is brewed using gas, through a wood neck filter;
eliminating paper wastage and all dessert are vegan, with a strong focus placed on raw cakes.
Essentially the foot print we leave has been reduced to a bare shadow.

Nature shows us daily what we require and grows the goods accordingly. Needless to say our focus is therefore on produce which is grown locally and seasonally.
Consciously creating food requires one also to investigate where its stemmed from, and more importantly whether the conditions in which the time and effort of other individuals is being fairly equated into the end product.
Hence our coffee beans are direct trade, sourced exclusively and roasted by five elephant, and all our grains, fruits and vegetables used are selected by the faithful hands of local organic farmers.

Simply put, we're two enthusiastic foodies stepping out into the metropolitan chaos of Berlin, to share what we feel and believe so viscerally.
