8. Das Fleisch wird bestmöglich verwendet, nichts von dem Tier verschwendet. Wir schaffen es selbst aus dem schwierigsten Teil des Rindes etwas schmackhaftes zuzubereiten.
9. Das Tier soll ein gutes Leben geführt haben, wie auch wir ein Anspruch auf ein gutes Leben haben, sowie gute Ernährung, genügend Freiraum, und einen Tod der so respektvoll wie möglich ist.
10. Mit dem Wissen und Stolz der Tradition, führen wir den Dialog fort, täglich suchend nach Verbesserungen.
