Most of the European people would start with a California Roll and there are not many people who would start with the fatty tuna. So with our meat. Try our Black Angus, try our Australian, but the Original Wagyu from Japan is the real thing. Put it on your bucket list!

White meat. Incredible quality 😍 Short rib is the most marbled cut of a beef. If you have A 5+ Wagyu, the most marbled part of the cut is almost white. Ridiculously buttery and rich in flavor.
