Now on the cans list & online: Pühaste Brewery Roulette HQG-3!
🍊🍍
A refreshing and juicy 6.9% hazy IPA double dry-hopped with Strata and HQC-3, a new experimental hop variety developed by the Hop Quality Group. Ripe fruity sweetness is balanced with vibrant citrus bitterness.

This hazy golden beer opens with a lush fruity aroma with a gently floral touch. Notes of nectarine, peach and yellow plum, complemented by a subtle sweetness of honeyed marmalade.

On the palate it is full-bodied and juicy, bursting with ripe tropical fruit upfront. As the flavor evolves, bright citrus tones of pomelo and orange come forward, balanced by a hoppy resinous bitterness.
