Dear Friends!
It has been a while since the last post, and we are sorry for that silence…

Just a little recap for context and transparency purposes.
When we started KÄYK (means cake) as a pop up last year, our main goals were to have a better understanding and feedback on how was the performance of the products we launched. But most importantly to keep our core values (as vegans) intact and to contribute to this industry in reshaping the way food and lifestyle is consumed and understood through more sustainable and ethical practices.

After rolling for some months we faced big obstacles with low resources and resulted very daunting to overcome them with the minimum viable set up that we have. This made us reconsider our concept and products. At some point we met the people from who immediately we develop a friendship with. This turned into a conversation of a possible alliance between the two brands. Long story short, we decided to partner up and continue with the vision under tres () but this time implementing new products and their amazing coffee elaborations!.

We are doing a soft launch today at 3pm in the same location (Weinbergsweg 23). Feel free to swing by to say hi and to have a coffee!

What will happen with KÄYK (means cake) ?

At some point we decided that our brand and our concept don’t need a physical shop to exist as far as there’s an ongoing demand and conversation around it. The plan is to exist digitally on an online shop so that we can deliver our products and provide other Cafés.

Maybe as controversial as 'pineapple on pizza', Vegemite is a quintessential Australian household product. This weekend it meets our croissant with avocado 🥑 cream cheese 🧀 and fresh cos lettuce leaf 🥬

Also making an appearance this weekend is our Tiramisu Pastry Cream filled Brioche ☕️🥮
