On March 27 from 18:00, explore a curated selection of Japanese wines — thoughtfully chosen to pair with onigiri, karaage, and izakaya-style dishes.

Throughout the evening, Nori from Amsterdam-based importer .nl and Berlin partner will be pouring wines and sharing what makes each bottle special.

As your glass is filled, expect to hear the story behind the wine — from the winemaker’s philosophy to the moment it tastes its best.

We’ll also be doing an onigiri live, freshly preparing onigiri throughout the night.

Valentine’s at Tokyo Gohan felt a little warmer this year.

For a few days, our small space in Berlin was filled with couples, friends, laughter and shared moments.

Onigiri, karaage, miso soup, strawberry daifuku and matcha.

Simple food, shared with someone special.
