Příběh z hor: Proč se jmenuje Everest Jmomo?
Na úpatí nejvyšší hory světa – tam, kde končí silnice a začíná odvaha – jedli horolezci před výstupem jediné jídlo: momo.
Teplé, syté a kořeněné – dodávalo jim sílu před cestou na vrchol.
🌄 Everest Jmomo jsme pojmenovali na počest těchto odvážných výprav. A v Namo Buddha je připravujeme přesně tak, jak je vaří místní v základním táboře pod Everestem – ručně, tradičně, s úctou k receptu.

A story from the mountains: Why is it called Everest Jmomo?
At the foot of the world’s highest peak – where the road ends and courage begins – climbers ate one dish before their journey: momo dumplings.
Warm, filling, spiced – they gave strength before heading to the summit.
🌄 We named Everest Jmomo in honor of those brave expeditions. And here at Namo Buddha, we make them just like the locals do at Everest base camp – handmade, traditional, and full of soul.
