Blahopřeji Eamesi Demetriovi, řediteli Eames Office a Eames Foundation, k úspěchu vystavení domu Charlese a Ray Eamesových v Miláně. Eamesovi a Jan Kaplický sdíleli podobný princip modularity. Ihned po získání britského občanství v roce 1976 cestoval Jan Kaplický do USA. V Eames House na adrese 203 Chautauqua Blvd., Pacific Palisades, CA 90272 popíjel čaj s Ray Eames, manželkou a tvůrčí partnerkou Charlese Eamese. Neskutečně mě těší úspěch každého, kdo nese rodinný odkaz dál.
Doporučuji vidět nejen pavilon v Miláně v rámci Milan Design Week 2026 do 10.5. ZDARMA, ale i dům v Los Angeles!

Congratulations to Eames Demetrios, Director of the Eames Office and Chairman of the Eames Foundation, on the successful presentation of the house of Charles and Ray Eames in Milan.
The Eameses and Jan Kaplický shared a similar principle of modularity. Shortly after gaining British citizenship in 1976, Jan Kaplický travelled to the United States. At the Eames House, located at 203 Chautauqua Blvd., Pacific Palisades, CA 90272, he had tea with Ray Eames, the wife and creative partner of Charles Eames. It makes me incredibly happy to see the success of everyone who carries a family legacy forward. I recommend seeing not only the pavilion in Milan during the Milan Design Week 2026, but also the house in Los Angeles!
