Začátkem září jsme opět vyslali členy našeho týmu přímo do vinařství, aby si mohli zažít na vlastní kůži celý proces výroby vína od začátku až do konce. 🍇🍷
Tentokrát jsme se domluvili s Michaelem z vinařství Kobatl v rakouském Štýrsku, kde na vulkanickém podloží nedaleko hranic se Slovinskem vyrábí energická, minerální vína bez použití chemie.
Za Da Pietro Praha vyrazila Viki a za Da Pietro Plzeň Bára. Podívejte se na krátký sestřih z letošní sklizně. 🎥

At the beginning of September, we once again sent members of our team directly to a w**ery so they could experience the entire w**emaking process firsthand, from start to finish. 🍇🍷
This time, we teamed up with Michael from Kobatl w**ery in Styria, Austria, where he produces vibrant, mineral-driven w**es on volcanic soils near the Slovenian border, without the use of chemicals.
