Dear Lievito Madre Lovers, we will take a break from May the 15th. The past months have been wonderful and intense. We are not closing forever but we need to stop and draw a new strategy for our restaurant may be in a new location with the same excellent pizza that you have loved in the past months.
Thank you to all of you for your support and you will hear from us soon!

Cari amici di Lievito Madre, dal 15 Maggio ci prendiamo una pausa. Questi ultimi mesi sono stati belli ma intensi.
Non stiamo chiudendo per sempre ma adesso dobbiamo fermaci per definire una nuova strategia per il nostro ristorante. Magari ci vedremo in una nuova location, ma state tranquilli che non cambierà la qualità della pizza.

Grazie a tutti per l'affetto ed il supporto che ci avete sempre dato e a presto!

❄️ To guarantee the best possible pizza, we can not be open today and tomorrow 😢 the delivery times are well above 30 minutes and the would arrive frozen cold to your place 💙 We are sorry for the inconvenience and we will reopen on Wednesday as usual ❤️
