From the heart of Italy to the heart of Prague 🇮🇹

Our chef Lore comes from the beautiful Province of Massa-Carrara, a place between the sea and the mountains in Tuscany, famous for its history, traditions, and incredible Italian cuisine.

Growing up surrounded by authentic Italian flavors and family recipes, Lore brought his passion, experience, and love for real Italian food to Prague — creating dishes that taste just like home.

Every plate at Lore Malá Strana carries a piece of Italy, made with passion, simplicity, and true Italian soul. 🍝✨

Golden on the outside, tender on the inside 🐟✨

Our salmon is gently seared to bring out its natural richness, served with fresh seasonal vegetables that add just the right balance of color and flavor. Simple, elegant, and made to be enjoyed slowly.

A plate that feels light, yet deeply satisfying — just the way we like it at Lore Malá Strana.

Come taste it.
