So… what exactly is a Kamado grill? 🔥

It’s a ceramic grill designed to hold heat and moisture at a completely different level. Which means: better control, deeper flavor, and incredibly tender results.

Instead of rushing the process, the Kamado lets us cook low and slow for hours… locking in smoke, juices, and everything that makes grilled food actually taste the way it should.

That’s why we chose it.

And that’s what our Low & Slow Grill Nights are built around.

Every Thursday, we fire it up and let it do what it does best with premium meats, fresh seafood, and real fire cooking.

We’ve been hosting live music during sunset for awhile now, right by the beach. We do it because we love giving a stage to local artists and this time, we want to highlight Kevin Carty & Tony.

They’ve been with us for quite some time (if you were on the island during the 80s you know them for sure!), they bring those beautiful 80s acoustic vibes with them every time they play.

It’s nostalgic, it’s relaxed, and honestly… it just feels right here by the sea.
