Here, with my two babies (my son and the bakery), both with year and a half old, one with a fever and the other with an order of 300 buns of bread where only 45 buns were baked per oven.

Being a mom unlocks so many things, including a superpower that makes nothing impossible. Even if you don't know how you're doing it or how you'll do it, you succeed. My respect to single mothers, stepmothers, mothers with husbands, and those whose children are little angels now. This is more than just a commercial day; it's a day to remember how amazing we are at doing the hardest but most rewarding job in life: creating, teaching, and nurturing a life.

This week was an amazing week for me and for what it comes in our bakery... croissant and laminated doughs.

I went to Medellin to be with one of the best, who fought against the heat, the butter, the space and more, with grace. To show us why he's in the top with this kind of doughs. I loved to know you.
-
Thanks to for all the behind the scene, the kindness and the good vibe during these days..... I love to share with other bakers, love to not be alone, to have others points of views and different aproaches to work.. love learning and love coming back with all the ideas to keep growing, and sharing this amazing experience with all in Curacao.

8 years ago, this project began with an eight-month-old baby and a simple idea: to sell 20 or 30 loaves of bread a day, and that was it. Something simple for me.
-
But it grew. I studied and discovered so much subworlds within the world of baking, and I fell more and more in love with it and became more and more excited. It grew so much that it became bigger than me, and it wasn't just mine anymore. It belonged to a whole community that appreciated what I do, my ideas, and supported my efforts.
-
We keep growing, so much so that I have a great team and a nomination representing this beautiful island along with others in the Caribbean... what a dream and what pride!
-
We have one more day to vote and what an honor to be part of this bakers comumity, only to keep working and growing Thanks you!
