A moment of stillness captured in motion — water ripples, soft textures, and a form shaped by both tradition and technology. Inspired by cultural symbolism, reinterpreted through 3D printing, and finished by hand.

This is more than a cake.
It’s a dialogue between heritage and innovation, between nature and precision.

Driving out to the farmers market, selecting the finest seasonal California grapes at their peak, embracing the rhythm and authenticity of fresh produce.
Back in the hotel kitchen, transforming these ingredients into a composed dessert—Concord grape sorbet, cotton candy sorbet, and violet sponge, layered to express freshness, floral notes, and balanced acidity.

More than a dessert—it’s a journey from farm to table.

One of my favorite dessert created in Bay Area California.

Spent a magical afternoon collaborating with French M*F Chef Pierre and Galaxy Macau pastry team.
Sharing ideas, learning the secrets of French patisserie, and crafting these exquisite treats together was pure joy.
These fantastic pastries are not just desserts—they are the result of endless discussions, meticulous details, and great teamwork.
