The first of this year's spring harvest teas are now available at our Shanghai Tea House:

BAI XIANG LUO ANJI BAI CHA 2023 - a lovely fresh green tea from our friend Charlie Xu in the mountains of Anji county, Zhejiang province; the first of this year's fresh new buds, picked pre-Qing Ming for premium flavour and health-giving antioxidants.

BI LUO CHUN 2023 - a famed delicate, aromatic green tea. Here's what Wan Ling says about it:

"This tea is one of ten famous Chinese teas, from Ding Ting Lake, Jiangsu Province. And produced pre Qing Ming. This premium tea's picking standard is just Bud, and was fully hand made. The farmer is Mr Lu."

These are currently available for direct purchase at our Shanghai tea house only, by appointment. We can also ship nationwide within China.

As soon as these teas are available in our UK-based online tea shop, we will let you know!

We have moved!

Wan Ling Tea House is now located in Julu Road in Jingan District, just a short walk from Jingan temple.

We are open by appointment only; you can purchase our teas direct, as well as book a bespoke tea tasting with Wan Ling. We offer tea classes and workshops too.

Our tea house is well served by the Shanghai Metro:

Lines 2,7 (exit 8, Jingan Temple exit)
Lines 1,10,12 (exit 7, Shangxi South Road)

Please share with anyone who loves tea, or anyone who would like to know more about tea. We enjoy sharing our knowledge and helping others on their tea discovery journey.

Wan Ling Tea House team has been supporting CWEF's 'Educate and Equip Girls in Rural China' project for several years.

Another project CWEF has been engaged in is a research project in our beloved Yunnan province. Take a moment to take a look at their work and may be consider supporting them with a donation if you can.

Wonderful Chinese New Year event at Wan Ling Tea House Shanghai.

Along with one of our long term partners, we hosted a fantastic event bringing together high quality organic produce, Wan Ling's specially blended black tea for 奶茶 (milk tea) and a session on Chinese brush painting.

Thanks to everyone who joined.
