There are different type of Chinese Tea, which one have you tried !?

Black Tea

Black tea is wilted and fully fermented before drying, which creates a complex flavor and a deep reddish-brown color in the final cup. Black tea contains more caffeine than either green or oolong and is popular in India, England, and other western countries.

Green Tea

Green tea, which is popular in the world, is made from tea leaves that have been neither wilted or fermented prior to drying. Because the leaves are dried quickly just after harvesting, they retain their bright green color and fresh flavor.
The most popular Chinese green teas are dragon well, a tea grown in the hills west of Hangzhou that has been drunk since the eighth century with a leafy aroma and nutty taste, a fruity tea rolled into a tight spiral that resembles a snail with a floral aroma.

Oolong Tea

Oolong tea leaves are wilted and partially fermented before drying. The partial fermentation produces a slightly deeper and more complex flavor that is often described as being half way between green and black tea. Oolong tea leaves are usually long, twisted, and have a greenish-brown olive color
The most popular oolong tea is Iron Goddness a fragrant tea from Fujian, China and Alishan, Taiwan that can be steeped up to 10 times and is best paired with mild cookies or cakes.

White Tea

White tea is made from young tea leaves and buds that have been wilted but not fermented prior to drying. Delicate fuzz on the surface of the young leaves give them a silvery white appearance for which this tea is named. White tea has a light, subtle flavor.
