Urgent Positions:

(1) Maintenance Technician
Strong experience in electrical and mechanical works
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment efficiently
Proactive, hands-on, and ensures smooth operations

(1) Chef de Partie
Strong culinary skills and experience in a professional kitchen
Capable of managing a specific section of the kitchen efficiently
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with the kitchen team

Additional Positions:

(1) Front Office Receptionist
Strong background in hotel operations
Experience with Reservation Systems and POS Systems
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor

(1) Junior Sous Chef
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure food safety compliance
Supervise and train kitchen staff as required

(1) Cook / Kitchen Assistant
Assist in food preparation and cooking under supervision
Support chefs in daily kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times

(1) Kitchen Steward
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas
Wash and maintain kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations
Support kitchen team with preparation and basic tasks
Follow proper waste management and sanitation procedures

Partime Position:
(1) Accounts Officer
Assist with basic accounting functions such as cashiering and invoice inputs
Support the Finance Team
