🚨 RECIPE INCOMING 🚨

Don’t get me wrong… I LOVE a good chowchow recipe — garlic, extra spice, all the different variations 🤌🏾

BUT… I’m about to teach you the recipe I grew up with 🥹🫶🏾

This was ALWAYS a family favourite and one of the most requested dishes at our celebrations. 💕

Save this one — because you’re going to want to make it! 👀

Ingredients:

8-10x Large Potatoes (Agria is best)
1x Large Onion
2x Tins Sliced Beetroot
500g Mixed Veges
3x Eggs for boiling

Dressing:

3C Neutral Oil (We prefer Salad&Cooking Oil)
3x Egg Yolks
2-3x Large Lemons
Salt (to taste)

🚨IMPORTANT🚨 There needs to be a perfect harmony between the beetroot (sweet), onion (twang), lemon juice (citrus) and salt. THIS IS KEY 🔑
