✨ Exciting News from Summit Sweets! ✨

We’re thrilled to announce that we just sent out our very first Pa Enua order to Aunty Brigitta in Mauke—two massive 8", full chocolate cakes that landed safely! 🎂✈️ A special thank you to William Howard for ensuring our chilly bin made it onto the flight, and to the Air Rarotonga team for securely flying the order over.

We also had the pleasure of baking Minion-themed cupcakes for Taji’s son's birthday over the weekend. We love being a part of your special celebrations! 🧁🎉

We take no shortcuts—everything is homemade, hand-mixed, and baked fresh with love. We try to use quality ingredients every time such as real butter (not margarine)🧈 and local farmed eggs 🥚 to bring out the flavour more.
