MANUD restaurant - bar - culture The apero and evening menu at Manud will be enchanted with a touch of Japanese flavour in the 2021/2022 winter season.

At Manud we want you to know how carefully and consciously we choose our products and like to use locally sourced, seasonal products whenever possible. Manud's new guest chef Roberto Catra spent a year learning from the best during his culinary scholarship in Japan and is now bringing his art to the Zermatt café.
