Drop hops, not bombs!

Our Craft B**r of the Month is a soft 5.5% “Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA” and it has been brewed with barley, wheat, and oats for a smooth, pillowy body.

Generously dry hopped with Nectaron, Nelson Sauvign, Azzacca, Sabro and Citra. This combination brings layers of passionfruit, tropical fruit, citrus and a touch of coconut for an ultimate taste that will make your tastebuds excited for more. Juicy, aromatic and dangerously drinkable. 🤤

Today we are releasing our latest Craft B**r of the Month and it is clean, bright, and unmistakably Swiss.🇨🇭 This 4.7% “Origin Dry Hopped L***r” is brewed with 100% Zurich ingredients!!

We used AhoiHill Pilsner malt, Tango hops from Stammheim, and the classic Hürlimann S-189 l***r yeast. This l***r has floral, herbal, and citrus hop aromas resting on a soft bready malt backbone, which makes this a well balanced and refreshing b**r of choice. Brewed to celebrate the 2026 FIFA World Cup, this craft b**r is a tribute to Swiss precision, local ingredients, and traditional craftsmanship. 🍺🇨🇭⚽️

The Origin L***r is now available in the Web Shop and at the brewery.

Inspired by the Mediterranean and brewed in Zurich. Our newest craft b**r of the month is a 5.3% “Italian Pils”

The Eraclea malt lends a soft, polished backbone. Hopped with Swiss Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Spalter Select for delicate floral notes and gentle spice.

Close your eyes… you’re basically on the beach. 🏖️

The Italian Pils is available tonight at the brewery and in the web shop. 🙌
