Appreciation post for Bobby, our Head Chef at Gaijin Izakaya. ❤️
If you have ever ordered one of Gaijin’s desserts, good chance you have tried one of Bob’s masterpieces - simple, delicious, and memorable. The Soy Caramel Sticky Toffee Pudding might be one of the dishes that would be impossible for Gaijin to take off.
Our history goes longer than Gaijin has been in existence. Dan and Bobby have now worked together for more than nine years. Almost ten years of ideas, collaboration, and inappropriate kitchen jokes over 5 different locations. Always quick with a one-liner or a terrible emoji, Bobby may be NSFW, but he’s our NSWF.
He’s been part of the team since the very beginning of Gaijin, growing with us along the way and also bringing his energy and experience to our other project, , Old Inn, IYKYK.
You’re our special boy and we are honored to have him as part of the journey and the team behind what we do.
