young artists in concert – where the next generation of artists inspires. ✨

It’s always a great pleasure to visit the Davos Festival for experience young enthusiastic artists and unusual works.

Today’s highlight was “ANNEMARIE”, the powerful new chamber opera by Swiss composer Céline Fankhauser, portraying the dramatic life of writer, journalist and photographer Annemarie Schwarzenbach- - one of Switzerland’s fascinating cultural figures.

Earlier, the “Inner Peace” chamber music programme at the Ernst Ludwig Kirchner Museum offered a moment of calm and reflection. At the Davos Festival, exceptional young musicians perform inspiring, rarely heard works with remarkable passion and artistry.
A day full of discoveries. 🎶

Astona International Summer Music Academy 2026 🎻🎹💥

The Astona Summer Music Academy 2026 is in full swing! 🎶

Since Monday, 32 exceptionally talented young musicians from 11 countries have been inspiring audiences at concert venues across the Canton of Zug. For two weeks, they come together to refine their artistry under the guidance of an outstanding international faculty before sharing their music with audiences during a week of inspiring concerts.
Last night some of the young artists gave even an interesting insight into their life as a young musician and student.

Last night, pianist Ariel Lanyi captivated the audience at with a truly special solo recital, featuring works by Beethoven, Schumann, Respighi and Claude Debussy. An inspiring evening with a journey through different periods and an exceptionell interpretation of Claude Debussy’s Préludes Book II.

What a joyful evening! ✨

Last night, the wonderful young singers of the diemasterclass Zürich thrilled the audience with an inspireing Pasticcio opera, filling the evening with great opera music and unforgettable moments.

A heartfelt thank you to all fantastic singers, to pianist Marcin Koziel, and to inspiring stage director Sandra Trattnig for making this such a special celebration.

We are already looking forward to our next opera evening at the next year 🎵💥

✨ What an inspiring Lied matinée at Düsseldorf, presented as part of the Schumannfest Düsseldorf Schumannfest Düsseldorf in cooperation with the Arthena Foundation! 🎨🎶

Following the illness-related cancellation of Valérie Eickhoff, tenor Julian Prégardien and pianist Elenora Pertz reshaped the programme at short notice into something truly unique. With works by Fazıl Say, Sheila Silver and Igor Stravinsky, Eleonora Pertz demonstrated just how versatile, imaginative, and exciting a Lied and piano recital can be when reimagined on the spot.

Wonderfully approachable musicians and a really moving format brought an extraordinary sense of presence to the audience that leaves us wanting more.✨
